Navigating around the gallery
The Gallery acts as a shopfront for all the GIS content shared by the administrator. This page outlines how Gallery works and helps find what you are looking for.
Search
Search for content by title or keyword by using the top right search bar.
Categories
Filter gallery content down to a defined subgroup using the left hand side Categories.
Sort by & layout
Change the sorting of the gallery by Most Views, Title or Most recent. Optionally change the gallery layout to listed or as gallery cards (default)
About LocalMaps
This will have a description shared by the organization about the instance.
Log in
Log in to the instance using an ArcGIS Login (to access secure content) or using your social accounts (as enabled by the site administrator) to save and favourite maps.
Content Card
View maps and other spatial content by clicking on a card
Metadata
View item information about each application or map
Secure Content
Secure items are identified with a small lock symbol. These are only available once logged in
Additional Links
You can find additional related links and information as configured by the site administrator.
Footer description
This will have any additional description about the site.
Shielded site
If you need help but are worried about repercussions from a controlling or abusive partner, this is a safe way to find it. Click on the icon to get help or visit https://shielded.co.nz/ for more information.
Icon for feedback or submissions
This will show you additional information through a pop-up within the current session.
Favourite maps
If you are a logged-in user, then you can find favorite any content/maps that can be accessed easily through the side menu.
